• What time is Check In?
  Check in is 3:00pm. Guests who arrive early are not guaranteed early entry to their accommodation. You are welcome to enjoy the property while waiting until 3:00pm check in.
• What time is Check out?
  Check out is 11:00am, except during Mid and High Seasons when it is 10:00am. Guests are asked to vacate their accommodation promptly at the designated time yet are welcome to stay and enjoy the property.
• Method of Payment
  Sorry, no personal cheques on final payment, but we do accept them for advance deposits. We accept traveler's cheques, money orders, cash and Interac. Credit cards: Visa, & MasterCard.
• What taxes are added to my account?
  All accounts subject to 5% Ontario Sales Tax and 5% Federal Goods and Service Tax.
• What is provided in the accommodations?
  Our accommodations provide you with all the modern conveniences of home, including:
  
  

  • Fully equipped kitchen
  • Microwave and coffee maker
  • Bed linens, blankets and pillows
  • Kitchen and bath towels and soaps (beach towel not provided)
  • Wood-burning wall fireplace or a fireplace-type stove

• What is the difference between the styles of accommodations?
  Our Traditional accommodations are all individual cottages with hardwood floors, a wood stove style fireplace and a four-piece bath.

  The Deluxe accommodations are both cottage and resort townhouse style. They feature larger, more modern interiors with a wood burning wall fireplace and 4-piece bath with large whirlpool tub. Many 3 & 4 bedroom deluxe accommodations also have a 3-piece bath with a shower. Some two bedrooms deluxe accommodations are wheelchair accessible.

  Our Superior accommodations are both two bedroom second storey suites and three bedroom cottages. They are our most spacious and luxurious units and all feature a wood burning wall fireplace, one full 4 piece bath with whirlpool, one 3 piece bath with a shower, dishwasher, air conditioning and a 2nd TV/VCR in the master bedroom

  All accommodations have a beautiful view of lawns, gardens and pine trees. Most also have a great view of spectacular Stoney Lake.
• Where is the nearest town with grocery store, restaurant, and church?
  The Village of Lakefield is located approximately 18 minutes from the resort.
• Do you allow pets?
  Guests' pets are not allowed at Pine Vista. We do not make exceptions. However, we would be happy to recommend a local kennel.
