• We require a damage deposit of $150 on 14' boats and $700 on Bass and Pontoon boats.
• All boat rentals include one tank of gas and safety equipment.
• Lifejackets are available.
• You will be charged for boats reserved in your name, unless cancelled at least one week prior to arrival.
• Modern fish cleaning and freezing facilities and fishing pole rentals available

Cancellation Policy

Your deposit is refundable (less a $30.00 administration charge) with 30 days advance notice of cancellation.

Check-in Time

Check-in time is 3:00 pm.

Check-out Time

Check-out time is 11:00 am, except during Mid and High Season when it is 10:00am.

Children's Equipment

Travel cribs, siderails, highchairs and booster seats are available for additional fees.  Please reserve in advance.

Day Visitors

There is a charge of $10.00 per day visitor.  No charge for children three years and under.  Includes use of resort facilities but not recreation programs.

Deposits

Deposit is applied to final bill.  No refunds for early departures.  Reservations cannot be guaranteed without a paid deposit.  Balance due on arrival.  We accept Visa, MasterCard, Interac or cash.

Docking

All private boats require reserved docking is available for additional fees.  Launching is included.

Exchange Rates

We allow an exchange rate of 5% below the current bank rate on U.S. dollars.

Extra Persons

Rates are based on a maximum of two persons per bedroom.  Extra persons must be prearranged at an additional charge of $25.00 per night or $100.00 per week.  No additional charge for children three years and under.  All persons in cottage (including babies) count towards the total number.  There is a pull-out sofa bed in each accommodation.

Gratuities

We do not charge a gratuity at Pine Vista.  You may personally recognize any exceptional employees with a gratuity if you wish.

Gift Certificates

Gift certificates are available in any denomination and make great gifts for birthdays, anniversaries, Christmas or any occasion where thoughtfulness is appreciated.  Contact us for details.

Minimum Stay

A minimum stay of one week (Saturday to Saturday) is required during Mid and High Season.  Reservations for holiday weekend packages are accepted for preset dates only.  A minimum of two nights is required for any other advance booking.  Reservations cannot be guaranteed without a paid deposit.

No Shows

Guests not showing up at the pre-arranged time and date without giving notice are considered a "No Show" and will be held liable for 100 % of the total value of their reservation.

Pets

Guests' pets are not allowed at Pine Vista.  We do not make exceptions.  However, we would be happy to recommend a local kennel.

Taxes

Prices are per accommodation.  P.S.T. and G.S.T. are not included.
